Halo Circles

  • Sit up with your legs crossed
  • Breathe normally throughout the exercise
  • Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
  • Have a slight pelvic tilt
  • Hold your hands together, stretching your arms overhead
  • Keep your arms slightly bent

  • Circle hands over your head making sure to go forward first

  • Then to the side

  • Then to the back
  fifth picture of halo circles stretch
  • Then to the other side
  • Breath slowly throughout the exercise
  • A little motion at the waist is fine
