Straddle Toes

  • Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
  • Have a slight pelvic tilt
  • Place your hands behind your back for support
  • Have both your legs straight, out to your sides, with your knees and toes pointing to the ceiling, in the straddle position

  • Take a deep breath in, exhale as you rotate your legs outward, trying to touch the mat with your little toes

  • To increase the stretch, move your legs further apart
  • Take a deep breath in, exhale as you rotate your legs outward, trying to touch the mat with your little toes
