Front Thigh Press Up

  • Lay flat on your belly
  • Press your shoulders to the floor
  • Place your palms flat on the floor near your hips
  • Press your forehead to the floor, with your chin slightly tucked
  • Bend one leg at the knee with your foot flat, parallel to the ceiling
  • Breathe slowly and deeply, exhaling as you extend the stretch

  • Lift your bent leg up in this position and hold it
  • Lower and straighten out your leg
