Bridging Marching

  • Lie flat on your back
  • Bend your knees, keeping them together, with your feet flat on the mat
  • Take a deep breath in
  • Begin to exhale as you perform a pelvic tilt

  • Keeping a tight stomach and a straight back, lift your hips off the ground as high as possible
  • Your shoulders and palms press against the floor

  • Breathe slowly and deeply
  • Maintain a straight line from your shoulders to your knee
  • March in place keeping a high, straight back
