Combination Back Stretch

  • Lie flat on your back
  • Have a slight pelvic tilt
  • Bend both knees, keeping them high, with your feet flat on the mat
  • Bring one ankle up and cross the opposite leg at the knee

  • Breathe slowly and deeply, exhaling as you extend the stretch
  • Press your crossed leg away from your body
  • Simultaneously stretch both arms above your head on the mat

  • Continue to stretch your arms while pressing your leg away
  • Keep your back evenly pressed against the mat
