Article IV
Article IV: Officers
Section 1.
The officers of the Association shall be responsible to the membership
in all matters concerning the discharge of their duties. Section 2.
The officers of the Association shall be a President, A Vice-President
or President-Elect, a Secretary, A Treasurer (Secretary/Treasure could be one
individual), an Editor, and a Historian (Editor/Historian could be one
individual), Special Events Coordinator,
Section 3: Procedures 1.

The President shall preside over all meetings of the committee.
In his/her absence the Vice President shall act as presiding officer.
If both the President and Vice President are absent, then the committee shall
vote on a presiding officer. 2.

The Committee shall approve the seating of its own members. Section 4: Appointments 1.

The term of office for all TOT officers is one year unless specified in
this constitution and/or bylaws. 2.

All other offices, aside from the presidency, will be delegated by
former members of the TOT club at the end of each year or semester, or may be
nominated by the president with a second notion followed by a majority vote. 4.

Any student that may be removed because of misconduct or inability to
cooperate may be removed by a majority vote.
