* - Exchange students will register and pay tuition at West Valley, working with the International Student Counselor.
- They should consult with their major advisors regarding transfer credits.
- They will need to possess passports, obtain visas, acquire health insurance, and purchase airline tickets.
- In Brazil they will enroll for free and pay local expenses (lodgings, food, transportation, etc.) from their stipends.
Students wishing to be considered for these scholarships should fill out an Application Form.

They should also take Portuguese classes and other courses useful for living in Brazil.
