Students graduating & faculty/staff participating in the ceremony must arrive no later than 4:45pm.
Students will check in and convene in room Great America J wearing their caps and gowns.
Faculty will check in and convene in room Great America K wearing their caps and gowns.
Volunteers should arrive at 3:30pm and meet in Exhibit Hall B. For disability accomodation, call Mike at x2453 in DESP.
