BS degree in Design with an emphasis in fashion and textiles from the University of California at Davis. AAS degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
Interned with Anna Sui and Victor Alfaro in New York. Worked for companies such as Susan Lazar, Isabel Ardee, and Mark Montano before relocating to the West Coast. Currently working as a designer and patternmaker at Carole Dolighan in San Francisco.

Worked both domestically and overseas (Asia and Europe) as a designer. Worked for companies such as Herman Guiest, Jeanne Pierre, Koret of California specializing in knit wear.

Over fourteen years experience with various manufacturers designing better childrenswear, textiles, bedding collections, and home accessories including furniture, rugs, lamps, decorative pillows, and drawer pulls.
