A financial aid award letter is issued after the Financial Aid staff determines the student's financial aid file is complete. Students with a valid e-mail address on file will receive an e-mail message indicating that their financial aid award letter is accessible online. Students without a valid e-mail address on file will receive an award letter by mail.

To access financial aid information online: go to MyWebServices, select "MyWebServices for MC and WVC Students", from the main menu select one of the financial aid options, then login to view your student information.

Grants
Grant checks are mailed to students' homes once eligibility has been determined. Checks are issued every two weeks until all students have been paid.

Federal Work Study
Timesheets are submitted on the 1st of each month and payroll checks are paid once a month on the last working day of the month.

Loans
Once the check has been received from the bank, student eligibility for the loan is confirmed and payments are made twice a semester.

Most federal and state funds offered are contingent upon the availability of funds. Financial Aid Applications are accepted throughout the school year with a final filing deadline usually June 1 of each year. Students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
