Stretch and Flex Exercise #31
Bent Knee Straddle
Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
Have a slight pelvic tilt
Place your hands behind your back for support
Place both legs out to the side, knees bent and toes pointing to the ceiling, in a bent knee straddle position
Hold on to your toes
Breathe slowly and deeply, exhaling as you extend the stretch
Keep holding on to your toes as you try to extend and straighten your legs to a full straddle
