Front Lying Single Leg Lifts
Start by laying flat on your stomach
Press your shoulders to the floor
Palms flat on the mat near your hips
Press your forehead to the floor, with your chin slightly tucked
Take a deep breath in
Exhale as you lift one leg up, keeping the leg straight
Inhale as you lower your leg
Repeat the stretch with your opposite leg
