Front Lying Single Leg Lifts

  • Start by laying flat on your stomach
  • Press your shoulders to the floor
  • Palms flat on the mat near your hips
  • Press your forehead to the floor, with your chin slightly tucked
  • Take a deep breath in

  • Exhale as you lift one leg up, keeping the leg straight
  • Inhale as you lower your leg

  • Repeat the stretch with your opposite leg
