Bridging Marching
Lie flat on your back
Bend your knees, keeping them together, with your feet flat on the mat
Take a deep breath in
Begin to exhale as you perform a pelvic tilt
Keeping a tight stomach and a straight back, lift your hips off the ground as high as possible
Your shoulders and palms press against the floor
Breathe slowly and deeply
Maintain a straight line from your shoulders to your knee
March in place keeping a high, straight back
