Hands Knees Press
Start on your hands and knees
Keep your back and shoulders flat, with your ear and hip lined up
Take a deep breath in
Exhale as you press your stomach down while looking up, curving your back slightly
Take a deep breath in
Exhale as you tuck your chin, looking at your stomach
Press your spine up towards ceiling, while curving your back
