  • Start on your hands and knees
  • Keep your back and shoulders flat, with your ear and hip lined up
  • Take a deep breath in

  • Exhale as you press your stomach down while looking up, curving your back slightly
  • Take a deep breath in

  • Exhale as you tuck your chin, looking at your stomach
  • Press your spine up towards ceiling, while curving your back
