Lower Leg Circles
Start in the side laying position
Keep a straight line, with your ear, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle lined up
Your bottom arm supports your head
Your top leg is bent at hip with your foot flat on mat while holding on to your ankle
Lift the lower leg, keeping it in a straight upward line towards ceiling
Breathe slowly and deeply
Circle your leg forward & back
