Kelly teaches Digital Media courses at West Valley College to include New Media Marketing, Mobile Advertising, Search Engine Optimization and Analytics, E-Commerce Options, and other web development courses. Kelly has been teaching and developing web products for twenty years. Currently, Kelly's projects at West Valley College relate to mobile, distance learning, and technology.

Dr. Cooper received her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco. She writes and presents on Information Technology, Learning, and Critical Hermeneutics at national and international conferences.

Heidi Diamond received her B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Baruch College. Ms. Diamond also studied Spanish Literature at the Universidad de Salamanca. Ms. Diamond has over twenty years of professional work experience in marketing, human resource management, labor relations, and entrepreneurship. Originally from a family of entrepreneurs, Ms. Diamond learned early on the value of business ownership, customer relationships, and innovative value propositions. Ms. Diamond started and successfully managed her own tutoring business for more than ten years.

Currently, Ms. Diamond is the Department Chair for Business Administration and Real Estate and the Faculty Accreditation Liaison for West Valley College. Ms. Diamond teaches courses in marketing, entrepreneurship, strategic management, organizational behavior, business communication, and business and society. Ms. Diamond is actively engaged in college-wide initiatives including: student learning outcomes, program review, distance education, college-wide marketing and branding, and career and technical education. Ms. Diamond organizes and manages the college's business advisory board and serves as the advisor for the college's entrepreneurship and business clubs.

Mr. Diamond is President and CEO of a small business specializing in International Marketing. Mr. Diamond is a respected International Businessman with a proven track record of successful Marketing and business capture in Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Americas. He has over 30 years experience in Management in Fortune 100 Companies. His background includes VP and GM of Vision Systems International, a multicultural organization with citizens of several countries. He was Director of Business Development with worldwide responsibility for Rockwell Collins and has held senior positions in Program Management and Advanced Development for Honeywell, Plessey and Rockwell International. He was an Adjunct Professor for Fairleigh Dickinson University Rutherford, NJ and is on the Business Advisory Board of West Valley College, Saratoga, CA. Mr. Diamond has been an Adjunct Professor for Menlo College since January 2010.

Mr. Diamond received his B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Mr. Horton serves as Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and he is a member and past co-chair of the Judiciary Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.

Dr. Frank Kobayashi is currently the Program Manager for Business and Professional Training at West Valley College. In this role, Dr. Kobayashi is responsible for corporate training, grant procurement, and new program development.

Prior to coming to West Valley College, Dr. Kobayashi was part of the founding team of College Media Solutions. As Vice President of Sales at College Media Solutions, Dr. Kobayashi led the development of www.financialaidtv.com, a product currently utilized by over 100 Colleges and Universities across the nation. At College Media Solutions, Dr. Kobayashi was responsible for product development, operations, and sales.

Dr. Kobayashi has an A.A. from Santa Rosa Junior College, a B.S. in Human Development from the University of California Davis, a M.A. from Stanford University in Education and Policy Evaluation, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of California Davis.

C.W. McGowen is a results driven executive leader with 24 years of experience leading high performance teams and delivering on expectations. In recent years, C.W. served as Director of Operations and Plant Manager for Rockwell Collins, an Aerospace Company specializing in cockpit mounted displays. C.W. oversaw new product introduction, electronics manufacturing, local and field services, Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Lean / Six Sigma, Quality, Purchasing, Sub-contracting, Application Engineering, Plant Facilities, Master Scheduling, Process Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Warehouse, Industrial Engineering and Finance.

C.W. came to Rockwell Collins with 18 years of experience of increasing leadership responsibility. After graduating from Mississippi State University with a BS in Chemical Engineering, C.W. gained valuable experience producing solid rocket motors for United Technologies (UTC) at the San Jose based Chemical Systems Division. He joined UTC in 1986 as a process engineer and was promoted to positions of progressive responsibility in manufacturing engineering, propellant formulation, quality engineering, lean manufacturing, planning, systems & ISO 9001, and operations management.

At Rockwell Collins, C.W. was hired to build a world class manufacturing organization from the ailing San Jose facility with a key goal of re-establishing customer confidence. During his successful five year tenure, C.W. developed and implemented annual operating plans and strategic financial plans and embarked on a successful program of cultural change. With SMART targets for future performance in place, and a new lean manufacturing program C.W. met and exceeded his targets. During this period, C.W. initiated and achieved ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certifications, reduced material shortages from over 300 to 15 in one year, increased productivity by 15% each of the past 4 years, reduced inventory from $55.5M to $21.9M in the past 2 years, improved on-time delivery from ~60% to 100% and maintained 100% OTD for the past 3 consecutive years. By consistently delivering high levels of quality and dependability C.W. was able to create strong customer affinity with 100% customer satisfaction with all customers including Sikorsky, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, the US Navy and Air Force. This also led to C.W.'s organization receiving the 2006 PBL Award issued by the Secretary of Defense.

C.W. is an executive manager who hires talented people, cultivates an environment in which to excel and empowers others to succeed.
