Recognizing and Preventing Harassment in the Workplace.

Recognizing and Preventing Harassment in the Workplace is a two hour workshop that will enable participants to recognize the types of conduct that may constitute harassment, and will assist participants in developing skills to prevent harassment from occurring in the work environment.

The workshop will use case studies and interactive learning methods to discuss the definition of sexual harassment, to recognize behavior that can be viewed as inappropriate, and to understand ways of responding to inappropriate behavior when it is experienced in the workplace.

This class complies with CA Assembly Bill 1825 requirements.
