Interior designers who work in this area plan functional and aesthetically
pleasing home environments.
Designers often work in residential design firms, in the design
studio's of large department stores or in furniture stores.
Commercial Design - Commercial
designers plan the interior spaces of offices, banks, hotels,
restaurants, retail stores libraries, and schools. These designers work for interior design
firms, architects, large corporate facilities, or institutions
such as hospital's or universities.
