Neck Forward

  • Sit up with your legs crossed
  • Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
  • Have a slight pelvic tilt
  • Take a deep breath in

  • Exhale as your chin touches your chest
  • Press your neck up without lifting your shoulders
  • Inhale as you lift your head
  third picture of neck forward stretch
  • For additional stretch: Rest your wrists on the top of your head
