Stretch and Flex Exercise #12
Bent Knee Forward
Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
Have a slight pelvic tilt
Place your hands on your toes
Place both your legs in a bent knee position, with your toes pointing toward the ceiling
Take a deep breath in, exhale as you begin to stretch
Keep holding on to your toes as you try to extend and straighten your legs
Continue to breathe slowly and deeply, exhaling as you extend the stretch
