Shoulder Circles

  • Sit up with your legs crossed
  • Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
  • Have a slight pelvic tilt
  • Breath in and out slowly as you perform this exercise

  • Bring your shoulders up towards your ears as high as you can
  • Don’t hold your breath, continue to breathe in and out slowly

  • Press your shoulder blades together as if they are going to touch

  • Press your shoulders down as if your elbows are going to touch the ground
  fifth picture of shoulder circles stretch
  • Bring your shoulders together as if they are going to touch in front
  • Repeat these shoulder circles several times as you breathe slowly in and out, always beginning each circle with the upward and backwards motion.
