- Keep a
straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip
lined up
- Have a slight
pelvic tilt
- Place both
your legs straight out to the sides, with your
knees and toes pointing to the ceiling, in the
straddle position
- One arm
reaches straight up toward the ceiling, your
upper arm should be close to your ear
- Your other
arm is down with your hand touching mat
- Take a deep
breath in, exhale as you begin to stretch
