Stretch and Flex Exercise #27
Halo Circles
Sit up with your legs crossed
Breathe normally throughout the exercise
Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
Have a slight pelvic tilt
Hold your hands together, stretching your arms overhead
Keep your arms slightly bent
Circle hands over your head making sure to go forward first
Then to the side
Then to the back
Then to the other side
Breath slowly throughout the exercise
A little motion at the waist is fine
