Sitting Bent Knee Forward
Sit with one of your legs bent in front of you
Your other leg is bent and to the side, slightly behind your body
Take a deep breath in
Exhale while you place your arms in front of you with your elbows on the mat
Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
Continue to lean forward with a straight back and your palms flat on the mat
Take a deep breath in
Exhale as you round your back tucking your chin
Advanced variation: Beginning position your front leg will be bent
Your back leg is straight and behind you
Your back is flat
Continue to stretch with a round back
