Sit Cross Forward

  • Sit with your legs crossed at the knees
  • Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
  • Have a slight pelvic tilt
  • Take a deep breath in

  • Exhale as you place your hands on the mat in front of your knees
  • Continue to relax your body (especially your shoulders) as you extend your hands forward

  • Take a deep breath in
  • Exhale as you round your back extending your hands further forward
  • Bring your elbows down to extend the stretch
