Hands and Knees Sit and Reach

  • Start on your hands and knees
  • Take a deep breath in

  • Exhale as you move your hands forward on the mat, with your palms flat
  • Continue to breathe slowly and deeply, exhaling as you extend the stretch

  • Keep hands reaching as far forward as possible while trying to bring your seat back and down towards your lower legs
