Double Leg Lift
Start in the side laying position
Keep a straight line, with your ear, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle lined up
Your bottom arm supports your head
Your top arm is in front of your chest with your palm flat on the mat for balance
Take a deep breath in
Exhale as you lift both yours legs at the same time with your ankles together
Inhale as you lower your legs
Stretch variation: In the starting position your lower arm is straight, flat against the mat, with your head resting against it
