Double Leg Lift

  • Start in the side laying position
  • Keep a straight line, with your ear, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle lined up
  • Your bottom arm supports your head
  • Your top arm is in front of your chest with your palm flat on the mat for balance

  • Take a deep breath in
  • Exhale as you lift both yours legs at the same time with your ankles together
  • Inhale as you lower your legs

  • Stretch variation: In the starting position your lower arm is straight, flat against the mat, with your head resting against it
