Hands Knees Look
Start on your hands and knees
Keep your arms and legs at a right angle in relation to your torso
Take a deep breath in
Exhale while looking over one shoulder until your chin touches your shoulder
Be sure not to raise or lower your head while looking over your shoulder
Your seat moves toward your head making a C with your spine
Take a deep breath in
Exhale as you repeat the stretch to the other side
