Combination Back Stretch
Lie flat on your back
Have a slight pelvic tilt
Bend both knees, keeping them high, with your feet flat on the mat
Bring one ankle up and cross the opposite leg at the knee
Breathe slowly and deeply, exhaling as you extend the stretch
Press your crossed leg away from your body
Simultaneously stretch both arms above your head on the mat
Continue to stretch your arms while pressing your leg away
Keep your back evenly pressed against the mat
