Saturday morning started off with the 3000m Steeplechase. Michael Buttery and Mike Loftus would both medal as they finished 2nd and 3rd in this race. Great mid-season times of 9:50 (Buttery – PR) and 10:00 (Loftus – season best) would rank them in the top 5 on the NorCal list. Daniel Mollo finished 8th in the 400m with a 49.43. He came back in the 200m to run 22.90. Mollo also ran a leg on both relay teams with a 4 x 400m anchor split of 48.2. Another standout performance came from our freshman, Mohammed Zahriya.
