Step 2 — Complete Your Update
- 1.For each key result, select the appropriate status: Completed, On Track, At Risk, or Not Started.
- 2.In the Data / Evidence column, briefly describe your supporting data or outcome in one sentence (120 character limit).
- 3.Provide an overall rating and one-sentence summary for each objective.
- 4.Complete the Reflection & Next Steps section at the bottom.
- 5.Click Submit to Google Sheets to record your update, then Print PDF for your records.
