Bent Knee Forward

  • Keep a straight back, with your ear, shoulder, and hip lined up
  • Have a slight pelvic tilt
  • Place your hands on your toes
  • Place both your legs in a bent knee position, with your toes pointing toward the ceiling

  • Take a deep breath in, exhale as you begin to stretch
  • Keep holding on to your toes as you try to extend and straighten your legs
  • Continue to breathe slowly and deeply, exhaling as you extend the stretch
