Counseling Services: Our counselors can help you complete an educational plan,
prepare transfer agreements, select a major or career, or help with a personal issues. Appointments can be made by stopping
by the Counseling Center, located behind the Admissions Building, or by calling 408.741.2009.
Drop-in counseling is also available. Students who have difficulty coming to campus to see a counselor are welcome to use our distance
counseling service for assistance in answering basic questions that are academic or procedural in nature.

Financial Aid Office: Student financial assistance opens the door to post-secondary education
for many who could not otherwise afford its cost. The purpose of financial aid is to assist eligible students in meeting educational costs
while attending school. West Valley College offers programs to provide assistance for students with documented financial need. Financial
need is the difference between the cost of education and the resources available to the student.
