Description	The percentage of first-time, part-time, degree/certificate/transfer-seeking/undecided students who who complete any award or transfer within eight years.
Data Source(s)	WVM Data Warehouse National Student Clearinghouse for Transfer
Calculations	The count of first-time, part-time, degree/certificate/transfer-seeking/undecided students who began in summer of fall of the cohort year who complete any award or transfer in eight years.
Denominator	The count of all first-time, part-time, degree/certificate/transfer-seeking/undecided students students who began in the summer or fall of the cohort year.
