Three-Year Completion/Transfer Rate

Description	The percentage of first-time, full-time, degree/certificate/transfer-seeking/undecided students who graduate with an award or transfer within three years.
Data Source(s)	WVM Data Warehouse National Student Clearinghouse for Transfer data
Calculations	The count of first-time, full-time, degree/certificate/transfer-seeking/undecided students who began in summer or fall of the cohort year who complete an award or transfer within three years.
Denominator	The count of all first-time, full-time, degree/certificate/transfer-seeking/undecided students who began in the summer or fall of the cohort year.
