Description	The percentage of first-time, full-time, degree/certificate/transfer-seeking/undecided students who transfer within three years.

Calculations	The count of first-time, full-time degree-seeking and undecided students who began in summer of fall of the cohort year who complete their degree in three years / The count of all first-time, full-time degree-seeking and undecided students who began in the summer or fall the cohort year.
Denominator	The count of all first-time, full-time degree-seeking and undecided students who began in the summer or fall of the cohort year.
