Economics

Economics is a discipline that seeks to explain how individuals and firms make choices under scarcity; describes the major players and institutions that facilitate the market economy; and analyzes economic models as they apply to market economies and specific product and factor markets. Economics prides itself on the rigor of its academic and disciplinary training as preparation for future academic pursuits.
