NICArt is looking for an organized, motivated, and creative individual to help plan and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual programs such as fundraisers, art galleries, outdoor activities, social gatherings, dance parties, member picnics, and sponsor events. This position will be part of a highly collaborative team.

The Event Planner will need to exercise good judgment regarding how to prioritize tasks in the face of frequently shifting priorities. It is essential to have excellent judgment, integrity, flexibility, and creativity as well as a positive attitude, the ability to collaborate and consult, and a good sense of humor!

Represent the voice of NICArt as our Social Media Manager! We are looking for a creative, positive, passionate individual who will develop our overarching social media strategy for NICart channels inclusive of campaigns, always-on social strategy, community engagement, influencer program, content, and creative.

Duties

• Oversee content creation and curation to support the content calendar for NICArt social media channels (Instagram is the priority channel, but there are others you’ll steer i.e. Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
• Drive social campaigns, programs, and marketing initiatives for NICArt including influencer programs, events, and relevant news.
• Analyze performance, share meaningful insights, and evolve/optimize overarching strategy. Actively investigate and suggest new ways to improve engagement on all social media platforms, including emerging social media outlets like TikTok.

NICArt is a relatively new arts and cultural nonprofit looking to grow our membership base! We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about arts and culture to help share messaging about our organization and encourage membership.

Duties

• Outreach to current members to keep them up-to-date regarding events and programs
• Review our member benefits and work to improve them as well as member experience
• Reach out to inactive members to re-instate their member standing
• Explore ways to reach new audiences interested in helping promote arts and culture

NICArt is seeking team members who are passionate about international arts and culture and are looking to research and write grant proposals. We need help jump-starting our programs for the future and funding additional arts events and projects that help build bridges between communities through the arts.

Duties

• Research relevant grant opportunities
• Write grant proposals / applications
• Submit and administer grant applications
• Outreach to prospective donors

Potential to convert to a paid position as organization grows.

NICArt is looking for a positive and hard-working team member looking to “foster the creative energy of volunteers.” The Volunteer Coordinator is the team member responsible for helping build out a well-oiled program. They will focus on the recruitment, retention, and appreciation of volunteers. As a fully integrated part of NICArt operations, the Volunteer Coordinator also ensures all our community programs and events are sufficiently staffed with volunteers.
