Frequently Asked Questions

Students: Please select the “Withdraw” option in your student portal. A “W” grade will temporarily appear in your portal and an in-progress (IP) notation will temporarily appear on your transcript. Both notations will be removed from your record and a refund will be issued prior to the end of the term.

Faculty: Please select the “Withdraw – COVID 19” option.

If this option is not available, you have completed 75% of the course time and a grade must be assigned to the course.

Please contact the Admissions department via Starfish or email to inquire about your appeal options.

Following guidance from the State Chancellor’s Office, all fees with the exception of parking will be refunded to students who process an emergency drop of all coursework during the Spring 2020 term.
