Course Description
In this course, students have an opportunity to gain the essential skills of successful project management, from planning and implementation to monitoring progress, making adjustments, and delivering results as promised. Using industry-standard project management software and case studies, students can explore core concepts such as project scope, task scheduling, resource allocation, vendor relationships, and risk management. Emphasis is placed on the vital connection between project management practices and the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. The course also provides preparation for the PMP and CAPM.
