Course Description
This course presents introductory statistical concepts with an emphasis on data analysis and modeling. Topics include mathematical modeling using real-world data and graphs, as well as algebraic concepts as needed. This class is NOT intended for math, science, computer science, engineering, business, nursing, pre-physical therapy, kinesiology, or elementary school education majors. It is intended for students who will take Statistics, and who do NOT need any other math course for their major. This course used to be MATH 105.
