Course Description
This course covers topics that are traditionally found in the separate courses of pre-calculus algebra and trigonometry. As a preparation for calculus, the course covers polynomial, absolute value, radical, rational, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions and their graphs, as well as topics in analytic geometry. Students have the opportunity to explore a variety of methods in mathematical modeling, using technology to enhance understanding and interpretation of results in real-life applications.
