Course Description

This course explores advanced law office procedures for handling a civil lawsuit, including interviewing and investigative procedures and the procedural steps taken to prepare a civil litigation case. This course provides students with the opportunity to engage in practical exercises consisting of the drafting of pleadings and accompanying documents.
