ESL and Citizenship (Tuition-Free)

The West Valley College’s tuition-free ESL and Citizenship program offers non-native English speakers the opportunity to enhance their language skills and prepare for U.S. citizenship. The program focuses on improving speaking, listening, writing, and reading abilities, enabling students to communicate effectively in various contexts. Additionally, specialized courses provide essential knowledge of U.S. history, government, and civics, aiding students in their naturalization process. By participating in this program, students can increase their confidence, access new career opportunities, and integrate more fully into their communities.
