Form C: Distance Learning Observation Report is the form to be used for observation of online courses in the faculty appraisal process. The Report was accepted by the District Academic Senate for use a few months prior to the release of the CVC-OEI Course Design Rubric (which was endorsed by the WVC Academic Senate). Many of the Rubric elements are incorporated in the report.
