Core Foundation Plan
West Valley College's Strategic Educational Continuity Plan is a core institutional planning document that connects the college's previous educational master plan to a future comprehensive strategic planning process. This plan guides the college through Fall 2027, allowing time to complete the accreditation visit (Spring 2027) before engaging in comprehensive strategic planning. The plan articulates institutional goals using the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework, focusing on three priority areas: (1) seamless college entry and early student experience, (2) valuable post-graduation outcomes, and (3) sustainable, integrated, organizational ecosystem.
