West Valley College is one of 51 California Community Colleges selected to implement The Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Student Achievement Program (SAP), and is one of 13 colleges selected for additional AANHPI SAP training and support through Asian Pacific Americans in Higher Education (APAHE). The AANHPI SAP is a state funded initiative intended to serve first-generation AANHPI students with high financial need. Additionally, the AANHPI SAP will support the development of strategies that align with college efforts to address disproportionate impact for AANHPI SAP students. View the AANHPI flyer.
