David Babulak is the Managing Member of Strongpoint Holdings, LLC, an investment firm focused on real estate, public markets, and private companies. His philanthropic work centers on strengthening local organizations that serve the Silicon Valley community. He currently serves on the board of the American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley, an organization that brings together leaders from business, government, and nonprofits to build relationships and foster dialogue across differences. A longtime supporter of Second Harvest Food Bank, he previously served an eight year term on board and continues to contribute through its Finance and Facilities Expansion Committees. He is also a donor partner at SV2.

Dave served as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army and holds engineering degrees from the University of Michigan and Stanford University. 

 

Dr. robert bravo

Dr. Robert Bravo

Superintendent, Campbell Union High School District


Dr. Robert “Bob” Bravo has 34 years of experience in education and has served as the Superintendent of Campbell Union High School District since 2016. Under his leadership, the district successfully passed a $275 million facilities bond in 2016 and a $474 million bond in 2024 that will fund needed facility repairs, technology upgrades, and school site improvements.

In addition, the districtwide college-going rate has increased, schools have implemented successful “1-to-1” Chromebook programs, Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways have expanded to every school site, and a dual-enrollment program with West Valley College was launched to provide free college credit to students.

Jennifer Lin is the Chief Executive Officer of the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce, where she leads business advocacy, strategic partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen the town’s economic vitality. She began her career in management consulting with KPMG and Arthur Andersen before specializing in brand strategy. Across sectors, she has led teams to develop innovative solutions, optimize operations, sharpen market positioning, and drive measurable results.

Under her leadership, the Chamber has expanded its role as a strategic convener of business and civic leaders, strengthened destination marketing initiatives, and elevated signature programs that support local business growth and community vitality. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Berkeley and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University. She builds alignment across diverse stakeholders and translates vision into disciplined execution.

 

Jeff Migneault

Jeff Migneault

Financial Advisor, Edward Jones (Campbell, CA)


Jeff Migneault grew up in a family of small business owners and saw the challenges of balancing family life, running a business, and planning for the future. Seeing long term planning gaps in his own family inspired him to become a financial advisor. He now uses a consultative process to understand where clients are, where they want to go, and what may be holding them back. Families trust him with personal details, and he works closely with their CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals to support informed decisions.

Jeff begins each relationship with a discovery meeting to identify what matters most to clients. This may confirm their current advisor is a good fit, lead to an invitation to join his small client group, or result in a referral to someone in his network. Jeff is active in the Campbell Chamber of Commerce, Campbell Rotary, and San Jose Elks, and holds the CFP®, AAMS™, and CRPC™ designations.

 

Shannon Mirabelli Lopez

Shannon Mirabelli-Lopez

Dean, Cilker School of Art and Design, West Valley College


Shannon Mirabelli-Lopez serves as the Dean of Cilker School of Art and Design at West Valley College, providing strategic leadership and championing inclusive, future-focused, creative education. She has more than two decades of experience across higher education, museums, and the design industries—including leadership roles at Parsons School of Design, Pratt Institute, the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, and the Academy of Art University. Her degrees from the Bard Graduate Center, NYU Steinhardt, and UC Berkeley grounded her approach to innovative, culturally responsive program development.

At West Valley College, Shannon brings a creative industry perspective to advancing equity, access, and innovation. In her work across the campus, she often serves as a catalyst—expanding cultural partnerships, strengthening interdisciplinary pathways, and cultivating transformative learning opportunities that reflect diverse communities. 

 

Tania Picardo

Program Specialist - EOPS/CARE, West Valley College


Tania Pichardo is an equity-driven higher education professional and proud WVC parenting student alum. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from San José State University and a Master’s in Public Administration. Tania has completed the ACCCA Social Justice and Career Advancement Institute and mentors emerging leaders through the Vision Aligned Reporting Academy.

At West Valley College, she serves as EOPS Program Specialist and has held key equity-focused leadership roles, including Acting Equity Director and Acting Director for EOPS/CARE, CalWORKs, and NextUp. A dedicated advocate for student success, Tania co-chaired the college’s 2025–2028 Equity Plan, contributes to accreditation efforts, and actively promotes inclusive practices that empower historically marginalized communities.

 

Maria A. Reyes

Global Workforce Innovation & Development Program Manager, Google Cloud


Maria Q. Reyes is an accomplished engineer, educator, CEO, and published author. During her 25+ year career in higher education, she secured over $25 million in grants from organizations such as the National Science Foundation (NSF), National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Department of Education, and Department of Labor, supporting her work in developing diverse public-private partnerships that promoted STEM education for K-16 students.

In her current role, Reyes integrates innovation and workforce development into Google's extensive technical infrastructure. In 2022, President Biden appointed Reyes to the White House Initiative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Hispanics in America. As one of 21 commissioners, she served on the Workforce and Economic Opportunity Committee, offering recommendations within this area.

Wesley Sadumiano is a community relations professional focused on strengthening partnerships, elevating community voice, and advancing inclusive, mission-driven initiatives across nonprofit and healthcare sectors. At Sutter Care At Home, he serves as a Business Relations Specialist, supporting regional outreach and engagement efforts that deepen connections with Northern California’s diverse communities. His work aligns with Sutter Health’s commitment to community well-being, collaboration, and timely access to care. He has also held engagement, marketing, and program support roles with HumanGood (The Terraces of Los Gatos), a leading nonprofit senior living and services organization.

A long-time active member of the Rotary Club of Los Gatos, Wesley brings a community-centered, collaboration-driven approach to his work. He sees himself as a bridge-builder, strengthening the connections that advance equity, access, and shared regional impact. He aligns closely with PIIC’s mission and believes that meaningful dialogue, data-informed practice, and strong community partnerships are essential to supporting student success and community health.

 

Hannah Tabor

Dr. Hannah Tabor is a community-minded, social justice–driven higher education practitioner, researcher, and instructor. As a proud community college alum, she earned her associate degree at Daytona State College, then completed her bachelor’s, master’s in Women’s Studies, and Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and Policy at the University of Florida.

Passionate about the community college mission of access, equity, and responsiveness, Dr. Tabor serves as a Program Analyst in West Valley College’s Office of Student Needs. She supports programs like food resources, transportation, student parent initiatives, and other equity-focused efforts for disproportionately impacted students. Committed to a human-centric, data-informed approach, Dr. Tabor strives to create equitable access to opportunities and resources, empowering individuals to lead meaningful, healthy lives.

Chief Executive Officer, SASCC (Successful Aging Solutions & Community Consulting)


Tylor Taylor is the Chief Executive Officer of Successful Aging Solutions & Community Consulting (SASCC), where he leads innovative, age-friendly programs that support older adults across Santa Clara County. He oversees a network of services—including transportation, wellness, and community education. Taylor is also the founder of RYDE, a multicity senior transportation program that expands mobility and independence for aging residents. His work reflects a deep commitment to designing practical, community rooted solutions that enhance the quality of life for local seniors.

Tylor serves as Santa Clara County Commissioner and Chair of the Senior Care Commission.  In his nonprofit and consulting work, Taylor helps shape systems that support older adults with steady, thoughtful intentions. His leadership continues to cultivate a landscape where essential services grow stronger and more responsive to the needs of the region’s aging community.

 

 

Sujatha Venkatraman

Sujatha Venkatraman

Executive Director, West Valley Community Services (WVCS)


Sujatha Venkatraman is the Executive Director of West Valley Community Services (WVCS), bringing more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience in program development, policy design, and community-based services. She led major initiatives aimed at reducing food insecurity, preventing homelessness, expanding mobile and community embedded service models, and strengthening coordinated systems of care across the West Valley region. At Little City Foundation and United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia/South Carolina, she provided a strong foundation in family services and disability support, shaping her commitment to responsive, community-centered service.

Sujatha brings systems-level insight and an equity-centered leadership approach to collaborative efforts that support West Valley College’s mission and regional impact. In many of these partnerships, she serves as a steady bridge—connecting perspectives, resources, and people in ways that help complex initiatives move forward with clarity and shared purpose. Guided by graduate studies in Humanistic Psychology and Social Work, she is dedicated to advancing inclusive engagement, cross sector collaboration, and community responsive solutions that broaden access and foster student wellbeing and success.

 

Dr. Shelly Viramontez

Dr. Shelly Viramontez

Superintendent, Campbell Union School District (CUSD)


Dr. Shelly Viramontez has been the Superintendent of the Campbell Union School District since 2017. Beginning her career as a Special Day Class teacher in 1996, she went on to serve in a wide range of district leadership roles—including principal, Director of Special Education and Student Services, and Associate Superintendent of Human Resources. She also teaches in higher education as an adjunct professor at both the University of San Francisco and Santa Clara University.

A respected regional leader, Shelly serves on boards such as ACSA’s Superintendent State Representative group, San Jose State University’s Master’s Advisory Board, and Santa Clara County’s School Linked Services Executive Steering Committee. Her contributions have earned multiple recognitions, including several ACSA Region 8 Administrator of the Year awards and the Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Board’s Educator Community Hero Award. She holds an Ed.D. in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco.

 

Amy Vu

Amy Vu is a faculty member at West Valley College with over 20 years of experience. Amy specializes in mathematics and information technology. She has a passion for learning and helping others. When she is not teaching or working on curriculum development, you can find Amy flipping the pages of a textbook trying to complete a homework assignment for another degree she is pursuing or in the community educating and advocating for voting and civil rights.

Administrative Operations Manager, Stanford University


Jackie Wang is an Administrative Operations Manager at Stanford University and a recognized leader in building equity-centered systems that advance access, workforce development, and organizational excellence. She brings nearly 18 years of experience across corporate, medical, and higher education environments, with a career rooted in strengthening institutions through inclusive leadership, strategic operations, and community partnership.

In 2018, Jackie co-founded the Stanford Administrative Champions (SAC), which has since grown into a university-wide community of practice advancing career pathways, leadership development, and mentorship for administrative professionals. Under her leadership, SAC launched a flagship mentorship program with four annual cohorts, a fellowship pipeline for community college students from underrepresented backgrounds, and multiple initiatives focused on professional development, recognition, and community building.

 

Jennifer Weeks

County Librarian, Santa Clara County Library District (SCCLD)


Jennifer Weeks was appointed County Librarian of SCCLD in 2020. The district serves nine cities and unincorporated Santa Clara County through seven libraries, one branch, two bookmobiles, and an online library. She serves on the California County Library Association Board, CLA Advocacy Committee, and the Silicon Valley Library System Administrative Council.

Weeks began in advertising and development in the private sector before joining SCCLD in 2003 as a children’s librarian. Her career spans customer service, partnerships, and executive leadership focused on community impact. She values the power of connections and reading to build up communities.
