Course Description
This course develops reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary skills at the intermediate level. This course introduces strategies to comprehend level-appropriate texts using fiction and nonfiction reading materials. The instructor works with students to increase the ability to write accurate compound and complex sentences, and effective paragraphs on familiar and academic topics.
