On-Campus Printing at West Print
Our team partners with West Print, the campus print shop, to produce printed items in the following sizes: 

  • Postcard: 5 x 7 inches 
  • Flyer: 8.5 x 11 inches 
  • Poster > tabloid: 12 x 18 inches  
  • Programs and tickets*  
  • Business cards and stationery 

*Sizes are pre-determined according to West Valley College's design template for printing, folding and cutting these items. For dimensions larger than 12 x 18 inches, requests must go through wvc.communicationsFREEWEST_VALLEY.  

Planning and Approval 

  • Please submit work orders three weeks before artwork deadline. This does not include the time needed to submit to and receive the job from the print shop. You are responsible for approving the artwork. 
  • Rush order fulfillment cannot be guaranteed. 
  • All requests are subject to approval.
